Laisar Management Group, LLC was formed on February 23, 2009 by the company’s CEO and owner Florence Amate. The formation of this company was as a result of Florence’s passion about achieving operating and management efficiencies. Years of experience in middle management of Fortune 500 companies facing operational challenges in environments affected by increased constituency demands, budget reductions, intense transparency, diminishing staffing, and an avalanche of evolving technologies in a changing global economy, inspired her to think creatively and apply a holistic approach to operational excellence. The company has continued a trajectory of growth and has both private and public sector clients in a variety of fields.
