As we welcome the New Year 2012 and our 3rd anniversary, I want to thank everyone who helped to make 2011 such a memorable year for Laisar. From long-standing relationships to those that are just being formed, we appreciate our collaborations with each of you. It is these personal and professional relationships that will continue to support our growth and positioning in the global management consulting industry.
We accomplished some notable milestones this past year:
- We received our SBA 8(a) certification, which we started leveraging to grow our business.
- We expanded our internal capacity.
- We launched our new website.
- We built new strategic partnerships to expand our ability to provide solutions for our clients.
- We developed new client relationships and as we listen and learn more about their projects and programs we are proposing innovative and “best in class” solutions.
- We initiated a global health strategies practice area, making our core capabilities in business process, communications, and enterprise management available to the international development community to enhance program delivery. Several established and highly recognized Subject Matter Experts in global health and related fields have already agreed to be part of our advisory board.
We enjoy what we do. We enjoy for whom we do it. We enjoy with whom we do it. We enjoy how we do it. And it is important for us to give back to the community. We were honored to adopt a high school in a small town in Ghana and we have committed to providing computers and resources that will give these young men and women a competitive chance in the global marketplace.
